Our standard shipping method is via UPS ground at a flat rate of <strong>$4.95</strong>. You should receive your merchandise within 3-5 business days from the day we successfully process your order. PLEASE NOTE: UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.</font><p /><p><font size="2">APO, FPO, AE, CMR, other military and Puerto Rico addresses will ship via USPS only.
